This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Partner based in Italy.

As a Client Partner, you will own a portfolio of strategic client accounts within an innovative, outcome-focused technology services environment. You will build trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders, helping them navigate complex AI, cloud, and technology transformation decisions. You will combine client leadership, commercial ownership, and delivery accountability, taking responsibility for both the commitments made and the outcomes achieved. Working alongside global delivery teams, engineers, architects, and solution leaders, you will shape solutions that create measurable business value. You will also identify opportunities to expand strategic accounts through exceptional delivery, innovation, and trusted partnerships. This is a high-autonomy role for an experienced leader who thrives in lean, fast-moving environments and enjoys building a business while delivering meaningful outcomes for major organizations.





Accountabilities
- Build and maintain durable, trusted relationships with VP and C-level client stakeholders, becoming a strategic advisor on AI, cloud, and technology transformation.
- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, developing account strategies focused on long-term relationships, delivery excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.
- Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities by understanding client priorities and connecting them with relevant technology solutions.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for delivery across the portfolio, including commitments made to clients, delivery approaches, quality, and business outcomes.
- Own the commercial lifecycle, including statements of work, forecasting, margins, procurement, staffing, renewals, and related commercial activities.
