(Senior) Salesforce Consultant - Docusign Clm

For an international project in Rome, Italy, we are urgently looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant with strong DocuSign CLM expertise.
The consultant will support the administration, optimization and continuous improvement of Salesforce CRM and DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, helping streamline contract management processes, improve operational efficiency and deliver an excellent user experience.
EU candidates are welcome to apply and must be based in Europe. Work permit sponsorship is not provided.
The position offers a high level of remote working, but candidates must be willing to travel to Rome for the start of the project and whenever required during the assignment.
Candidates must be fluent in English.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide functional and operational support for DocuSign CLM and its integration with Salesforce CRM;
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce CRM and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions;
- Configure and maintain DocuSign CLM workflows, templates, clauses, approval processes and document generation;
- Support Salesforce CRM administration and related business processes;
- Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization and contract automation;
- Support incident resolution, troubleshooting and root cause analysis across Salesforce and DocuSign CLM;
- Coordinate withtechnical teams on system integrations, enhancements and releases;
- Perform system testing, validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Deliver user training, knowledge transfer and functional documentation;
- Ensure solutions comply with applicable security, governance and compliance standards;
- Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and user experience.
Salesforce / DocuSign CLM Consultant Profile
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field;
- +5 years of professional IT experience;
- +2 years of Salesforce experience;
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, CRM Consultant, Business Analyst or Functional Consultant;
- Hands-on experience with DocuSign CLM implementation, configuration or support;
- Strong experience working with Salesforce CRM;
- Good understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes;
- Experience gathering, analyzing and documenting business and functional requirements;
- Knowledge of workflow design, approval processes and document automation;
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst or related certifications;
- DocuSign CLM certification or additional hands-on DocuSign CLM project experience;
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, REST APIs and data management concepts.
