Overview
In this role you will translate commercial agreements into ready-to-activate media plans and coordinate cross-functional campaigns. You will ensure campaign structures meet planning guidelines and support a seamless handover to Activation teams, driving timely, accurate execution. You’ll work with internal and external partners to align timelines, assets, and requirements, contributing to Retail Media initiatives at a leading e-pharmacy. This position offers hands-on impact in a fast, collaborative environment.

Responsabilità
- Translate commercial agreements into structured media plans
- Define campaign structures, formats, and product selection per guidelines
- Coordinate campaign setup with internal teams and external partners
- Manage asset requests and creative briefings for completeness and timeliness
- Prepare campaigns for handover to Activation teams
- Monitor timelines,



dependencies, and milestones for on-time delivery
- Coordinate promotional activities with stakeholders to align with broader initiatives
- Maintain documentation and planning data for transparency and tracking

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–4 years in digital advertising, campaign management, media planning, or similar
- Strong understanding of retail media and planning processes
- Ability to translate input into structured media plans and setups
- Excellent coordination and project management skills
- High attention to detail in planning data and asset requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
