Overview
In this role you will manage and improve Docebo’s cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and scalability. You will partner with development teams to release new services, implement automation, and evolve the platform to meet market needs. You’ll lead infrastructure projects, monitor health with Datadog, and stay current with best practices. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing AI-driven learning company that values collaboration and impact.

Responsabilità
- Manage and develop cloud infrastructure for high availability and reliability
- Improve security standards and ensure regulatory alignment
- Implement automation to enable scalability and reduce manual work
- Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with development/engineering teams for new service releases
- Monitor system performance with Datadog and provide actionable insights
- Debug and troubleshoot cloud environment issues
- Stay updated on market trends and evolve infrastructure with best practices
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and proactive approach
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (development and engineering)
- Background in cloud services, automation, and infrastructure management
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience
- Strong expertise in AWS
- Experience with Docker and Linux
- Kubernetes or Amazon EKS experience
- Familiarity with Datadog
- Git and GitLab for automation and code management
- DevOps methodologies
- Scripting languages: Python, Bash, or Go (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
