We stand for excellent customer service and a professional approach, with great emphasis on first-hand assistance to our international client base.For our office in the historic center of Rome, we are looking for a creative, proactive and well-organized Back-Office Representative to join a tight-knit team that strives for excellence and grows together.The roleYou will support our back-office and guest-relations operations: managing reservations across booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.Com, Vrbo and others), handling pre-arrival and in-stay communication with guests, keeping property listings and descriptions up to date, and coordinating with our on-site team.We are looking for someone who:Is fully bilingual in Italian and English; any additional languageis a plusWrites clearly and accurately in both languages,



with an eye for detail in guest communicationsIdeally has previous experience in tourism or hospitality, in Italy or abroadIs communicative, service-oriented and has a hands-on mentality in any situationHas good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)Experience in content editing (e.G. property listings and descriptions), basic accounting or bookkeeping, and property management software is a plus.What we offer:A fast-paced environment in contact with guests from all over the worldA variety of challenging tasks across back-office administration and customer serviceA stable position in an ideal location in Rome's historic centerApplications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
