- Defining and implementing testing strategies, including automation, in compliance with process standards and industry regulations
- Planning, designing, coordinating, executing and reporting test cases and test plans (system and/or acceptance testing), with focus on regression testing for system upgrades
- Managing end-to-end testing processes using appropriate testing tools and automation techniques
- Validating testing results against functional and non-functional requirements (including data integrity and security requirements)
- Ensuring that risks associated with system deployment, performance, and upgrades are adequately understood and documented
- Managing stakeholders and identifying continuous improvement opportunities, particularly to reduce manual testing effort for business users
- Deep Knowledge of:
- Strong expertise in testing automation tools and frameworks (e.g. Leapwork, Cucumber, or equivalent)
including design and maintenance of automated test cases
- Proven experience in DevOps tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira) and integration of testing activities within delivery pipelines
- Sound knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies, including regression and automated testing approaches xysqume
- Competence and Skills to be demonstrated:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, including interaction with technical and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work in complex system environments
- Ability to work in a structured manner, respect deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables
