Overview
As an Account Director, you will drive new logo acquisition across Southern Europe, managing end-to-end sales in enterprise markets. You will build and own a regional pipeline, engage cross-functional teams, and forecast opportunities to hit quota. Your work will shape IDC’s technology insights positioning for end users and influence decision-makers at the executive level. Responsabilità
- Identify and win new logo customers across Italy, Spain, Portugal and Southern Europe.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles and qualify opportunities to close deals.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to fuel sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts and manage the regional pipeline.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to adapt strategies.
- Initiate campaigns to grow pipeline and revenue.
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record in strategic account management and expansion
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Bi-lingual Italian and English; Spanish or French a plus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Willingness to travel up to 40% and operate in a hybrid work environment
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work across IDC units and global solutions teams
