You Will
- Plan the proper initial setup of campaigns based on customers’ needs;
- Execute the setup, optimization, debugging and monitoring of online campaigns;
- Actively respond to escalations relating to integration issues, discrepancies, Brand Safety etc.;
- Generate and interpret reporting that yields competitive insights for clients;
- Assist with the requests received through our ticketing system such as Jira;
- Consult and propose optimization solutions for processes in order to achieve both internal and external goals;
- Work closely with internal and external customers to deliver customized implementation plans as well as ensure the best possible strategy for client success.
Desired Experience
- At least 3-4 years in digital marketing technical account management in programmatic/retargeting/campaign management, experience with large clients;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet;
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Italian is a must;
- Knowledge and understanding of digital campaigns’ abbreviations, such as ROI, CPC, and S
