This role is responsible for the operational and managerial coordination of production and maintenance activities in a high-automation department, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production and automation systems, product quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate daily production and automation activities, ensuring alignment with production plans and quality standards Organize preventive and corrective maintenance in collaboration with the technical team to minimize machine downtime Deal with suppliers and engineering department (at Plant and HQ level) in order to implement new procedures on automated systems, analyze problems and facilitate the conduction of machines Manage attendance, leave, overtime,
and shift planning to ensure operational continuity Track and analyze production data and automatic systems, activating escalation procedures for complex technical issues Supervise, motivate, and support the growth of production and maintenance staff, including training and upskilling initiatives.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, Management) 1-3 years of experience in industrial production/maintenance with leadership roles Deep knowledge of production processes Proficiency in management software and reporting tools Excellent organizational and planning abilities The employment contract will be regulated by “Gomma Plastica” National Collective Bargaining Agreement The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 32.000 The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications * The position’s compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer.
