Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning & Quality Manager at Stopson Italiana in Trezzano sul Naviglio. Working within the Execution Team, the Planning & Quality Manager oversees both operational scheduling and quality control to ensure production targets are met efficiently without compromising high standards. She/he will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of assigned projects within the Turkish shop, managing any deviations actual vs. planned and reporting status to both Project Team and Management.
At the same time, she/he willl look after the development and supervision of the Product Quality in compliance with requirements, process and procedures. She/he will support with quality and manufacturing documentation, arrange intermediate and final inspections at vendors shop, leveraging internal and external resources,
in order to ensure the total quality and on time delivery of the product. She/he will also have responsibility for the compliance of company certifications and their updates and will interface with Customer and Suppliers representatives in case of claim or audits, as well as certification bodies.
Objectives
Delivering Projects in line with contractual schedule, quality and financial targets, managing internal and external resources and being focal point for colleagues and customers on quality matters.
Qualifications
- 2-7 years working experience, preferably in the Oil&Gas; sector
- Planning and Project Management skills
- Quality Engineering, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance background
- Product Quality and Quality Management expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry standards and processes, metallurgy, equipment machining. international regulations (ASME, EN, ISO, PED, etc.)
- Level II qualification for NDE examinations
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is a plus
- Fulency in Italian, English and Turkish
