What You’ll Do
- Deepen your knowledge of regulations for the storage and distribution of human and veterinary medicines (DPR 309/1990, Legislative Decree 219/2006, Legislative Decree 193/2006)
- Support your mentor in managing pharmaceuticals in compliance with existing SOPs.
- Assist the Responsible Person in monitoring controlled temperatures, analyzing trends and deviations to ensure compliance
- Collaborate on narcotics management: purchase orders, periodic reporting, import/export permits, and documentation
- Contribute to root cause analysis and define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) using DHL’s eQMS system
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduates or final-year students in Pharmacy/CTF
- Interest in logistics processes
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office Suite
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Good communication skills in English and Italian
