In this Operation Manager role you will, reporting directly to the Site Manager, will be responsible of the following activities: Supporting the site manager in the achievement of revenue and cost reduction
- Assuring highest care about People management (Blue Collars)
- Managing directly Shift Leader and Team Leader
- Managing operational standards
- Managing the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement
- Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and build a strategy
- Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities
- What we need from you: Bachelor Degree
- At least 3 years in a some role in Supply Chain/Manufactoring Industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership attitude and managing people English Fluent Salary Range: € 46.000 - € 55.000
