- In this role you will lead manufacturing planning across both facilities located in Monte Marenzo and Mantova to maximise capacity utilisation and customer satisfaction
- You will drive improvements in OTD, Quality, Productivity and margin performance
- Further you will deliver annual sales, operating profit and operational objectives
- Supporting business growth through capacity optimisation, NPI introduction and process capability improvements will be part of your role
- You will deliver capital projects safely, on time and within budget
- You will be working closely with Commercial colleagues, build strong relationships with key customer and strategic partners
- Further you will lead, coach and develop a high-performing tram across both locations
- This position is offered on a 12‑month fixed-term contract and includes a competitive salary range of € 82k–€ 103k

What Makes You Great
- You have a degree qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or related discipline
- You own 10+ years manufacturing leadership experience
- Demonstrated responsibility for a manufacturing P&L; will round your profile
- You are fluent in Italian and English
- Multi-site operational leadership experience would be advantageous
- You have a proven record of delivering improvements in safety, quality, productivity and profitability
- Experience in coatings, speciality chemicals, industrial manufacturing or process industries is desirable but not essential
- You may have knowledge of environmental permitting and chemical regulatory requirements
- Understanding of PFAS-related regulatory developments would be of vantaggi
