With offices in Italy, Spain, France, Switzerland, and in America, and a global network of 3,000+ suppliers, we manage assistance cases globally, including Europe, North, and South America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate insurance claims (sinistri)
- Handle medical and automotive assistance cases worldwide
- Coordinate with international suppliers, partners, and service providers
- Ensure accurate case documentation and timely resolution
- Provide professional support in high-pressure and emergency situations
Requirements
- Languages (mandatory): Italian, German, and English (fluent)
- Additional languages (Spanish, French, Portuguese, or others) are a strong plus
- Experience in assistance operations, insurance, or customer service
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Calm, reliable, and able to work independently
- Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays
