Linklaters is looking for an outstanding Italian law student in their final years of university (laureando/a) to join its Milan-based team for a four-month internship in the Public Law practice of the Milan office from October 2026.

local authorities and national governments.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- legal research and analysis
- assisting in the preparation of memos and document review
- supporting in drafting court documents and other legal documentation
Key Requirements
- Law degree (currently enrolled in the fifth year);
- Excellent academic credentials from an Italian University (please include the list of exams together with a motivation letter);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency level in English;
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
