- Serving up coffee and drinks, chatting with guests, and being the life of the party behind the bar
- Promoting hostel events and local experiences to make every guest’s stay unforgettable
- Cooperating with the whole team to keep the vibe high and operations smooth across different departments. At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista)
- Team spirit: the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team
- Flexibility to work on a shift schedule,
including nights and weekends
- Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality
- High proficiency in spoken English and Italian (other languages are a huge plus!).
Note: If you lack experience but your energy and commitment make up for it, reach out anyway! CCNL Turismo – 5th level: Gross annual salary of €22.2k
