#ELC Corporate Sales Team The Role The Sales Analyst Assistant will join the Corporate Sales team and collaborate with the corporate marketing functions in the following activities:
- support in managing commercial contracts;
- support in managing the new client onboarding process;
- support in communication and coordination of the sales force;
- accurate analysis of sales KPIs and creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports;
- support in managing the execution of marketing plans;
- support in organizing sales meetings;
- management of material price lists;
- support in implementing a new order management program.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
- Excellent knowledge of the main computer tools, Outlook and the full Office suite (with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint);
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and monitor multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proactive, creative, and analytical approach.
