Responsabilità
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships across a portfolio and serve as main contact for inquiries and satisfaction.
- Identify growth opportunities and pursue new business leads through expansion and pricing optimizations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations,
and Category Management to design and execute strategic plans for growth and efficiency.
- Conduct regular business reviews, manage tenders, and negotiate contracts aligned with business goals.
- Monitor account performance using key metrics and feedback to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Oversee the annual audit process and recover outstanding equipment fees.
- Lead initiatives to reduce transport costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Support integration of sustainability initiatives with customers to meet CHEP’s CSR objectives.
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-5 years in a customer-facing, field-based role
- Analytically minded with strong attention to detail
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial negotiation and presentation skills
- Salesforce usage
- Familiarity with CHEP’s value proposition
