IT Infrastructure & Operations - Curricular Internship

This role in summary
Join the IT Infrastructure & Operations team at Beko Europe to build and structure the End User Device inventory (laptops, phones, printers, monitors) across 20+ legal entities in Europe, including leasing and mobile service contracts. You will design the governance process behind this data, create dashboards for management reporting, and help shape an AI-driven program that automates data maintenance.
Your responsibilities will include
- Conducting a full inventory of End User Devices across all European legal entities
- Mapping and consolidating device leasing contracts and mobile service contracts
- Designing the business process for ongoing device data governance
- Identifying local data owners in each country and coordinating with them to keep data accurate
- Creating process documentation and delivering training to local owners
- Coordinating the development of a data management program with the internal AI team, from design to prototyping and testing
- Building dashboards and visual reports to track device inventory and contract status
- Supporting executive presentations and status reporting on the project
Minimum requirements
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics,
Business Administration or a related discipline, with an active university internship agreement
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily work in a multicultural, pan-European environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reporting/data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI)
