Overview
In this role you will lead the maintenance of shop equipment (welding machines, robots, milling machines, lathes, manipulators and other special assets) and supervise a shift-based team of maintenance operators. You will define and ensure adherence to the maintenance plan, manage internal and external capabilities, and report to the Site Leader at Monfalcone, Italy. The role focuses on keeping the workshop at state-of-the-art level and coordinating critical asset care to support operational continuity and safety.

Responsabilità
- Provide direct leadership to the team of maintenance operators
- Review Maintenance standards for shop equipment
- Define the maintenance plan for different equipment
- Assess critical spare parts availability and define related stock levels
- Define investments to maintain and grow workshop equipment
- Define skill matrix for maintenance operators to increase competencies
- Manage external specialized companies for critical assets
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering related field
- 8+ years of Operations, Maintenance, Safety
- Experience in TPM and 5S programs implementation
- Execution leadership experience
- Cross-functional coordination
- Intermediate English competency at B1
