We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Administration Intern to join our HR team based in Marghera (VE). The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Human Resources and personnel administration, combined with a proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn in an international and fast-paced environment.
The intern will support the HR Administration team in managing personnel administration activities for Italy, Europe and the Middle East, working closely with local HR teams, payroll providers and internal stakeholders. The role will provide exposure to the main HR administration and payroll processes across different countries, contributing to the accurate and timely management of employee data, documentation and payroll-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administrative management from onboarding to offboarding, including the preparation of documentation for new hires, contractual changes, and terminations.
- Maintain employee personal and contractual data within HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and documentation archiving.
- Assist in gathering attendance, leave, and agevolazioni information, supporting preliminary checks on monthly payroll changes and payslips.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities across Italy,
Europe, and the Middle East, liaising with local HR teams and external payroll providers.
- Support the preparation of basic HR reports, deadline tracking, and administrative standardization projects across countries.
Requirements:
- University degree or currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Law or a related field;
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team;
- Interest in HR and personnel administration processes;
- Proactive, curious and willing to learn in an international e
