Overview
In this role you will plan and execute initial campaign setups, optimize and monitor performance, and address integration and brand safety escalations. You will generate actionable client reports and collaborate with customers to craft tailored implementation plans that drive success. Working in Milan with a global, cross‑functional team, you’ll support the growth of our AI‑driven DSP and the new self‑serve platform. This is a hands‑on, impact‑driven position at the forefront of programmatic advertising.

Responsabilità
- Plan initial campaign setups based on client needs
- Execute setup, optimization, debugging, and monitoring of online campaigns
- Respond to escalations related to integration issues and Brand Safety
- Generate and interpret client reports for competitive insights
- Assist with Jira tickets and workflow requests
- Propose optimization solutions to achieve internal and external goals
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to deliver customized implementation plans
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–4 years in digital marketing technical account management (programmatic/retargeting/campaign management)
- Experience with large clients
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Knowledge of ROI, CPC, SSP, DSP
- Technical skills: browser DevTools, JS, HTML, XML, CSV/TSV, Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 or equivalent is a plus
- Awareness of performance vs branding campaigns is a plus
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues is a plus
