Overview
In this role you will manage strategic, high-impact relationships with international merchants from diverse industries. You’ll drive payments insights and growth opportunities while coordinating cross-functional teams across time zones. You’ll act as a trusted partner, translating data into compelling stories and guiding customers through complex decisions. Responsabilità
- Build strong customer relationships and navigate client organizations across internal and external stakeholders
- Drive commercial discussions and help customers meet strategic/financial targets
- Provide strategic payments guidance and position Adyen as a trusted partner using data-driven storytelling
- Prioritize and execute short- and long-term projects across multiple accounts
- Serve as voice of the customer internally and feed back insights to teams
Requisiti fondamentali
- 4+ years of experience in account management, enterprise sales, or complex software/financial services with a payments background preferred
- Strong ability to engage at all management levels
- Experience leading strategic payments conversations and coordinating high-level technical discussions
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into client goals
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- Experience in fintech or payments company is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Based in Milan with hybrid workplace (not remote-only)
