As part of the Global Procurement organization, you will collaborate with manufacturing plants, suppliers, and stakeholders across multiple regions, contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives and supply chain optimization projects. Managing sourcing and procurement projects within an international environment. Leading RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, and commercial negotiations.
Monitoring supply markets, supplier performance, and sourcing risks. Partnering with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support new product introductions and operational excellence initiatives. Participating in cross-functional projects with direct exposure to international leadership teams.
Building strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing sites through regular international interactions and travel.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Approximately 4–7 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management.
Experience within structured industrial environments such as automotive, manufacturing, industrial equipment, components, or other complex supply chain organizations. Strong background in direct procurement and supplier negotiations within international markets. Solid analytical and commercial skills.
Fluent
English, both written and spoken. Availability for international travel. Previous international study or work experience. Additional language skills.
Experience with ERP systems, procurement tools, and advanced reporting or data analytics platforms. A structured international career development path within a global organization. Exposure to high-impact strategic projects with global visibility.
