Your contributions will not only streamline operations but also enhance our corporate culture of compliance and integrity. You will manage the strategic calendar for the management team, focusing on priorities and impactful engagements. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders on an international level, ensuring effective collaboration.
Oversee travel arrangements and manage expense reports, ensuring smooth logistics for the management team. You have experience as an Executive or Management Assistant in international settings. Your digital skills are top-notch, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
You are fluent in both Italian and English, with a proficiency level of B2-C1.
