Procurement Operations: Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution with approved vendors, and proactively address commercial or supply risks.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support performance and continuous improvement initiatives, from early exploration, to quotation and development phases, including leading negotiations for assigned projects.
Supply Chain Optimization: Identify and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with SCM to oversee raw material inventory levels and define appropriate replenishment strategies.
Strategy Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies, providing data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Data & Documentation Management: Ensure data accuracy and maintain standardized procurement documentation across systems.
Cross-functional Coordination:



Align processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and data consistency, acting as the procurement reference for assigned cross-functional projects.
Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience: 7+ years of experience in purchasing or a related operational role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Procurement Knowledge: Solid knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, inventory control principles, and commercial risk assessment.
Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain data accuracy across systems, including ability to run business cases useful to strategically steer negotiations with suppliers.
Collaboration Skills: Experience working cross-functionally with different departments in an internationa
