The Role
We are seeking a proactive Junior to Mid-level DevOps Engineer (1-3 years of experience) to join our growing team. This role focuses on building, scaling, and securing our cloud infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines to support our mission-critical AI platform. If you’re excited by managing modern infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring reliability in a fast-paced startup setting, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
- Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes across cloud environments.
- Provision, maintain, and evolve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Design, build, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline application and model deployment.
- Administer and maintain secure multi-cloud operations across AWS, Azure and on-site deployments.
- Monitor system performance, implement security best practices, and optimize Linux-based infrastructure for scalability and resilience.
- Collaborate closely with machine learning engineers and developers to support continuous integration and production deployments.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Administration.
- Hands-on experience with container management and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Familiarity with major cloud providers, specifically AWS and/or Azure.
- Solid background in networking, Linux OS administration and command-line tools.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Shell) for automation tasks.
- Passion for working in a startup environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- A healthy curiosity and a passion for continuous learning.
