Your Role
As Manufacturing Quality Technician, you will be part of our Quality Department and report to the Team Leader Manufacturing QA.
The position will be based in Crespellano (BO).
In this role, you will provide quality support to manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the production process. You will contribute to the management of product non-conformities, support corrective and preventive actions, and promote continuous improvement by applying PMI quality systems, tools, and methodologies.
What You'll Do
- Support manufacturing teams during production by providing quality guidance and ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards and procedures.
- Train shop-floor personnel on quality requirements, practices, and procedures, ensuring teams remain updated on current standards.
- Provide first-level support for DIM troubleshooting activities and production trials.
- Support brand change activities
- Coordinate the availability and testing of product samples.
- Support investigations of non-conformities and deviations,
contributing to root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and report open quality actions, ensuring accurate follow-up and maintenance of related databases.
- Contribute to the management and control of costs related to destroyed goods (LOGD).
- Create, review, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation within the Quality Management System.
- Ensure timely availability of Batch Records before production activities.
- Propose and support quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operational processes.
- Participate in data analysis and small-scale projects aimed at improving quality and operational performance.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing teams to improve DIM performance and its impact on product quality, machine efficiency, and production costs.
- Ensure compliance with PMI and legal requirements related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability, promoting a proactive safety culture.
Skills & Capabilities
- Degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF) is considered a plus.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in production, quality, or similar functions.
- Fluent Italian.
- Basic English.
- Knowledge of international standards (ISO).
- Strong knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis methodologies, analytical and statistical techniques.
- Ability to transform data into meaningful insights and reports.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Rewards & Benefits
In this position, you will earn a gross annual salary (RAL) of not less than €33,320.
We offer a fixed-term contract (Tempo Determinato).
The working schedule follows a rotating shift pattern:
- 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- 10:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
based on a cycle of 6 consecutive working days followed by 3 days off.
