ACP Surveyors is looking for a Marine Surveyor to join our Technical Surveying & Project Management Department based in Viareggio, Italy.

ACP Surveyors is an independent marine surveying and project management company providing Owner's Representative services and technical consultancy to yacht owners throughout the construction, refit, operation, and sale of their yachts.
The Role
As a Marine Surveyor, you will be involved in a wide range of technical activities across the superyacht sector, including:
- Condition and valuation surveys
- Paint inspections and technical assessments
- Damage investigations and risk assessments
- Representation of owners' interests during construction, refit, and delivery projects
You will support yacht owners and their representatives throughout the lifecycle of a project, from the early stages through construction, refit, delivery, and operation. The role involves monitoring quality, progress, contractual requirements, and technical specifications while safeguarding the client's interests and providing independent technical advice.
The position requires strong organisational and analytical skills, attention to detail, professional judgement, and the ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
What We're Looking For
Applicants should meet at least one of the following criteria:
- Minimum two years' experience as a surveyor with a Classification Society, Flag Administration, or marine surveying company, preferably within the superyacht sector
- Minimum two years' experience as a Technical Superintendent or in a comparable technical management role
- At least three years' seagoing experience as
