be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior
designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of
la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian. The
property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a
spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking

Chef(fe) de Partie, your responsibilities will include: Preparing
preliminary ingredients and mise en place, Following recipes
according to technical sheets, Preparing dishes according to the
menu and specific orders, Checking preparations (tasting,
analyzing, and making adjustments as needed), Storing ingredients
following the establishment’s prescribed methods, Receiving and
verifying deliveries both quantitatively and qualitatively,
Applying current hygiene and safety regulations, Wearing
professional attire compliant with hygiene and safety legislation.
