ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Role
We are looking for a Pricing Lead to join the European HQ Consumer Pricing Team.
The role combines strategic support and business partnering, with a strong analytical foundation. The candidate will support the Head of Consumer Pricing in defining and evolving the European Consumer pricing strategy and act as a key point of contact for assigned regions to drive its implementation in the markets.
This role requires the ability to understand the strategic vision, contribute to shaping it, and translate it into concrete models, tools and actions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the definition and evolution of the European Consumer pricing strategy.
- Act as the main pricing contact for assigned regions, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
- Partner with regional teams on pricing decisions, promotions and commercial initiatives.
- Build models and analyses to support decision making and business cases.
- Translate strategy into pricing frameworks, tools and guidelines for markets.
- Monitor pricing performance
