- Serve as the local main point of contact for Enterprise customers (Wholesale / Colo Carrier customers) in Italy
- Provide reactive and consistent support for customers' day-to-day requests
- Manage customer requests including service upgrades, contract amendments, and commercial proposals in collaboration with global sales
- Ensure recurring renewal of existing contracts and timely fulfillment of available capacity
- Maintain accurate opportunities data in SFDC and coordinate internal approvals for new orders
- Maintain and circulate capacity inventory when requested
- Support creation and maintenance of a qualified sales pipeline aligned with Data4's commercial strategy
- Coordinate with Operations and Delivery teams for seamless handover and post-sales support
- Support cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial processes and service quality
- Provide local support to the Global Head of Sales throughout the Hyperscale sales cycle when required
- Coordinate with Marketing to foster the DATA4 brand and sustain customer relationships
- Respect and enforce health and safety, environmental, information security, and energy policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, ICT, or a related field is required
- Fluent in English
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales and/or customer management experience in the ICT, cloud, or data center industry
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Delivery functions in complex sales cycles
- Prior experience in a high-growth environment
