What will you do?
Expansion and management of properties in Spain;
Acquisition of important property management companies in Spain, potentially interested in promoting their properties on : from the first contact to the closing of the deal;
Daily management of relations with Spanish Property Owners and Managers: performance analysis, improvement of listings, etc.;
Business Development activities.
What is required?
Fluent Spanish language;
Fluent English language;
Excellent interpersonal, dialectical and empathic skills:
Sales aptitude;
Organisational and management skills;
Ability to work towards objectives and undertake ambitious challenges;
Bachelor's degree (preferably in economics or related disciplines);
Previous experience in sales is preferred.
