Mind The Value is looking for an experienced SAP EWM Business Analyst to join our Logistics team and contribute to national and international digital transformation projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse, design and optimise warehouse and logistics processes through SAP EWM. What we’re looking for ~4+ years of experience in SAP Logistics projects ~ Previous professional experience within consulting companies ~ Fluent Italian and English , both written and spoken ~ Solid hands-on experience with SAP EWM ~ Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics processes ~ Experience in functional analysis, process design, configuration and testing ~ Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and EWM integration scenarios ~ Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills ~ Good command of English and Italian Experience with Embedded or Decentralised EWM , SAP implementation or rollout projects , and integration with MM, SD or PP will be considered a plus.
Your main activities will include:
- Analysing business requirements and AS-IS logistics processes • Designing TO-BE warehouse processes and operating models • Performing SAP EWM functional analysis and configuration • Supporting inbound, outbound and internal warehouse processes • Working on picking, packing, replenishment, stock movements and returns • Supporting putaway and stock removal strategies, RF processes, Handling Units, Warehouse Tasks and Warehouse Orders • Supporting SAP EWM integration with SAP S/4HANA and other logistics processes • Preparing functional specifications and supporting testing activities • Supporting UAT, training, go-live and post go-live phases • Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and warehouse automation Why Mind The Value?

Expected salary range: €45,000 – €55,000 gross annual salary, with the final employment level and offer determined based on seniority, technical expertise, level of autonomy and responsibilities.
