The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality support experience while effectively representing the values and image of the brands managed by the company.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer requests through multiple channels, including email, phone and chat
• Provide information, assistance and post-sales support
• Handle customer reports, complaints and requests, ensuring effective and timely resolution
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in every interaction
• Represent the assigned brands consistently with their values and communication standards.
Requirements &
Skills: Fluency or Mother Tongue in at least two of the following languages: English, French, German
• Italian is not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer orientation and a service-minded approach
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage customer requests effectively
• Ability to work in a dynamic and international environment.
What We Offer
