Overview
As Retail Facility Specialist in Milan, you support the Retail Facility Manager to maintain store facilities across the region. You will coordinate planned and corrective maintenance, monitor schedules, and ensure timely execution while upholding standards. You’ll act as the main liaison for stores and internal stakeholders, driving clear communication and documentation. This role blends hands-on facility management with data-driven cost tracking and process improvement to sustain a high-quality retail environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and contribute to ZEGNA’s craftsmanship-led growth.

Responsabilità
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, special systems) ensuring timelines and standards
- Track and update maintenance plans to optimize schedules and interventions
- Serve as key contact for stores and internal stakeholders for maintenance status
- Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely execution
- Support vendor coordination and ensure contractual compliance and KPIs
- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities in filing system
- Collaborate in cost tracking and periodic reporting
- Participate in store checks and inspections to uphold maintenance standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of facility management processes
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–4 years in Facility Management or similar roles, preferably in retail
- University Degree (Architecture/ Engineering)
- Good analytical skills with familiarity in cost tracking
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of CAD
- Proactive attitude, flexibility, problem-solving skills
