Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end development of Solar PV and Onshore Wind projects in Italy for a leading BESS platform. You will work within a cross-functional team to deliver greenfield projects on time and within budget, from feasibility to community engagement. You will assess sites, conduct resource analyses, manage stakeholder relations, and drive risk, QA, and cost control. You will coordinate contractors and ensure regulatory and environmental considerations are met while engaging local communities. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with Italian market exposure and travel.
Responsabilità
- Lead end-to-end development for Solar PV and Onshore Wind greenfield projects in Italy
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and resource analyses
- Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders
- Ensure budget compliance and manage deviations
- Oversee contracts, risk management, quality assurance, and cost control
- Arrange site visits and meetings with strong community engagement at each project stage
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3+ years of experience in business development for onshore projects
- Experience in environmental and planning aspects of project development
- Willingness to work in a dynamic team and foster a positive environment
- Fluency in English and Italian and willingness to travel
