while supporting the company teams to deliver high quality grant and tender proposals and related documentation, and support in the administrative and financial reporting phases;
- team-player with high interpersonal skills, able to maintain a friendly and continuously interactive working environment;
- strategic thinker able to set systematic approaches with an “input-output” and problem-solving mindset, develop smart tools and rules and convince everyone to use them;
- precise worker able to deal with complex budgets and bureaucracy-driven donors, while keeping a proactive approach;
- finisher, able to develop coherent and convincing texts and submit complex proposals.
