Overview
As Project Engineer for Power Boilers, you will own assigned jobs from scope validation to on-time, within-budget delivery, ensuring the product meets customer specs. You will collaborate with internal and external disciplines, manage schedules for procurement and manufacturing, and conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations with sub-vendors. You’ll handle customer communications and change management, driving delivery quality while aligning with Zeeco’s power boilers expertise. This role offers hands-on coordination across drafting, purchasing, manufacturing and QC to shape reliable, high-performance solutions.

Responsabilità
- Review PO and confirm scope of supply per customer specs and sales quotation
- Confirm equipment selection and design and coordinate required disciplines
- Coordinate drafting activities to ensure timely completion of drawings
- Review customer mark-ups, clarify comments and instruct drafting disposition
- Ensure costs stay within budget and manage changes with customer and suppliers




- Maintain delivery schedule based on customer requirements and Zeeco workloads
- Pre-order materials as required to meet delivery
- Coordinate with Quality Control for job specifications
- Coordinate all technical and commercial correspondence related to the job
- Coordinate written advice and commercial resolution with customer concerning scope changes
- Notify Accounts Department when billings are to be sent
- Perform other related duties, including support to sales and application engineer

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Engineering and relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Results driven and commitment to perform
- A passion for Engineering and Business
- Must be fluent in English and Italian
