Overview
In this role you will lead avionics IVVQ activities for satellite systems, driving integration, verification and qualification of data handling, AOCS, and FDIR aspects. You will develop real-time and HIL test environments and simulation models, and prepare thorough test documentation for customer reviews. The work blends software, hardware, and simulations to ensure robust avionics against ECSS standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across sites to deliver reliable space missions.

Responsabilità
- Plan and execute IVVQ for satellite avionics (DHC, AOCS, FDIR) across test benches and final reports
- Develop real-time and HIL test environments and RTE simulations conforming to ECSS SMP
- Create test sequences and documentation for avionics verification and validation
- Support HW unit specifications and related procurement
- Analyze AOCS/DHC design to define verification strategies
- Develop Matlab/Simulink models and C/C++ programs for simulations and tests
- Collaborate in an international environment and adapt to site mobility as needed
- Manage multiple tasks with a result-oriented approach under schedule and cost constraints
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Electrical/Computer/Control Engineering with emphasis on programming, HIL testing and control systems
- Fluent English (C1+); reading/listening
- 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of real/no-real time test environments for HIL testing
- Experience with Matlab/Simulink, C/C++
- Knowledge of ESA technical standards and ECSS SMP
- Understanding of on-board data handling hardware and avionic requirements
