In this role you will deploy industrialisation processes at project level to boost efficiency and lead continuous improvement. You will support tenders and capital expenditure decisions, ensuring consistency across methods, tooling and data. You will drive performance via KPI monitoring, Lean deployment and SQCD improvement, while upholding Quality, Safety and EHS standards. You will coordinate industrialisation teams and develop skills to meet project needs, contributing to a sustainable, innovative mobility agenda.
Responsabilità
- Deploy industrialisation processes and standards at project level
- Support tenders, CAPEX identification, and Make or Buy analyses
- Ensure consistency across industrial methods, tooling and data
- Prepare industrial documentation for new products, maintenance, renovation and modernization
- Drive industrial performance via KPI monitoring, Lean deployment and SQCD actions
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety and EHS standards
- Coordinate industrialisation teams and develop project-aligned skills
Requisiti fondamentali
- Engineering degree
- Previous experience in similar role
- Strong knowledge of industrialisation methods, Lean Manufacturing tools and industrial performance management
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership and ability to work in a team
- Sound decision-making with ability to involve others
- Logical and well-organized approach with strong communication skills
