Position

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance Department at our Headquarters in Asolo IT. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic international environment, supporting global finance operations and contributing to the continuous development of Group accounting processes and reporting standards.

Responsibilities:

- You will manage communication and accounting activities with international subsidiaries, coordinating the monthly intercompany reconciliation process across all Group entities.
- You will support subsidiaries in complying with local regulations and Alpinestars Group accounting and reporting standards.
- You will participate in monthly and year-end closing activities, including consolidation processes.
- You will analyze Trial Balances of Italian entities, ensuring compliance with Italian GAAP and the accuracy of accounting procedures.




- You will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Group accounting policies and procedures.
- You will support external audit activities and prepare documentation required for annual audits.
- You will assist with General Accounting processes, Fixed Assets accounting, and financial analysis activities.
- You will collaborate in the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements for Italian entities and Group Consolidated Financial Statements in accordance with Italian GAAP.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or financial statements within an international company or audit firm.
- Strong knowledge of Italian GAAP and IFRS.
- Proficiency with SAP (FI, CO, AA) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to prepare accurate, clear, and concise financial information.
- Problem-solving capabilities, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Team-oriented attitude combined with a results-driven and ambitious mindset.
- Previous auditing experience is considered a plus.
