You will coordinate healthcare and security needs across borders, handling information flow and logistical decisions in critical situations. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, safety, and customer service within a global network. Responsabilità
- Support members with healthcare and security queries
- Coordinate medical appointments, authorize treatments, and manage policy claims




- Assess situations and communicate logistics worldwide
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment

Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong organisational and critical thinking skills
- Empathetic approach and passion for helping people
- Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
- Customer service experience desirable
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and data protection awareness
- Degree level with interest in healthcare, world politics, or international security preferred
