and make a positive impact on the world? As a Quality Laboratory Engineer, you will contribute to the planning, execution and continuous improvement of laboratory testing activities. You will work with Quality, Engineering, Product Development and Prototyping teams to ensure reliable test results, robust methods and clear technical reporting. The role requires sound engineering fundamentals, precision and a strong learning mindset. Curiosity beyond the immediate task and an interest in digital tools and data analysis are important, while advanced programming expertise is not expected from day one.
Laboratory Testing, Project Management and Reporting: Plan, coordinate and execute mechanical, optical and functional testing activities in accordance with defined methods, specifications and quality standards. Manage validation requests and testing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring appropriate prioritization and follow-up
