Overview
In this role you will help launch and activate Smart Glasses at the intersection of luxury, technology, and commerce. You’ll bridge Sales, Marketing, and Product to translate data into actionable category plans. You will shape strategy across markets, optimize assortment and visibility, and monitor performance to guide growth. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evolve the product roadmap and marketing initiatives, contributing to a leadership position in luxury wearables. Responsabilità
- Define and execute category strategies across markets and channels
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the Smart Glasses product roadmap
- Collaborate with Brand and Communication Teams on 360 marketing plans and end-to-end marketing initiatives
- Monitor category KPIs and prepare reports and performance reviews
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize product visibility and assortment
- Support development and optimization of distribution networks and category presence
- Develop understanding of key customers, markets, and category dynamics
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of data, presentations, and deliverables
Requisiti fondamentali
- +3 years of experience in category management, brand management, sales analysis, or similar roles
- Previous experience in the tech industry or on tech-driven products is a strong plus
- Interest in technology, digital ecosystems, and innovative product categories (wearables, smart devices)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
