Overview
In this role you provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for Apple customers in Milan, aligning with Apple’s mission to deliver an exceptional, only-at-Apple experience. You will deepen knowledge of Apple products, repair processes, and Genius Bar workflows to enable high-quality repairs. You engage customers with care, educate them on repair options and ways to buy, and share feedback with the team to improve service. You work in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating with teammates to foster an inclusive, customer-focused culture and drive meaningful impact.

Responsabilità
- Develop knowledge of Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to support efficient repairs
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple




- Provide excellent customer service by understanding needs, recommending products/services, and educating on purchase options
- Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor as needed
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and embracing learning

Requisiti fondamentali
