Overview
In this senior role, you own DAZN Italia’s brand strategy and media decisions to position the service as the leading sports streaming brand. You will align brand tone, creative guidelines, and media choices across TV, digital, social, OOH, PR and live events to drive acquisition, retention and engagement. You’ll lead a small team, partner with the CRO and cross-functional stakeholders, and identify value-adding brand partnerships to strengthen the Italian market position. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on brand execution in a fast-evolving media landscape.

Responsabilità
- Define and own DAZN Italia’s brand strategy and positioning across all touchpoints
- Lead media space allocation for paid, owned and earned channels to connect investment with commercial objectives
- Identify and propose new brand partnerships with talent, creators, sponsors, media and cultural partners




- Define and safeguard tone of voice and creative guidelines for each channel (TV, digital, social, OOH, PR, activations)
- Develop integrated brand and media campaigns from strategy through measurement in coordination with CRO and cross-functional teams
- Ensure campaigns align with the digital acquisition funnel and performance marketing goals
- Act as brand guardian with internal teams and external agencies to ensure quality and consistency
- Bring market, consumer, and competitor insights to keep DAZN’s positioning sharp in the Italian market
- Manage the brand and media budget with clear reporting on brand health and campaign performance
- Lead and develop a two-person team and collaborate with Legal, Communications and Revenue on brand-sensitive matters
- Serve as local point of contact to DAZN Group’s Central Brand team while reporting to the Italian CRO
