Overview
In this role you will drive asset recovery and customer success within CHEP’s retail-focused account portfolio. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, onboard new customers, and lead improvements in service quality and asset control. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to grow CHEP’s customer base and optimize recovery metrics, contributing to sustainability and efficient supply chains. This is a hands-on, market-facing position that values customer-centric solutions and cross-team partnership.

Responsabilità
- Establish and maintain relationships with pallet receiving locations to align on asset productivity objectives
- Identify root causes of collection issues and partner with internal teams to improve customer experience and CIFOT metric
- Provide retailer staff training and ensure effective equipment control practices




- Onboard and implement new customers, defining asset recovery agreements for smooth transitions
- Manage audit programs within accounts to ensure asset management standards and identify improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support growth and expand CHEP’s customer base
- Monitor asset control metrics and apply data-driven corrective actions to improve asset recovery

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in a retail or logistics environment
- Customer-facing roles with B2B exposure
- Background in service delivery to Retail, Wholesale, or Logistics sectors
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM (Salesforce)
- Driver license
- English professional proficiency
- Experience with onboarding or customer onboarding processes
- Remote/region-specific work coverage (Italy Area 2)
