Overview
In this role you manage a select group of business accounts as the main owner, driving growth and client satisfaction. You will develop and execute account strategies with cross-functional teams, focusing on outcome-based sales and executive-level engagement. You act as a trusted partner for IT and employee experience transformation, guiding adoption of HP services. This is a high-impact, relationship-led position that shapes long-term value for customers while expanding HP's portfolio. Responsabilità
- Own and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve growth and satisfaction
- Expand share-of-wallet by identifying opportunities across HP's portfolio
- Manage account profitability through strategic planning and value-added solutions
- Drive portfolio-wide growth through hardware, software,
and services offerings
- Enhance customer experience by acting as trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across business and IT
- Identify connections between customer strategy and HP offerings to enable outcome-based sales
- Lead planning/review meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Manage sales pipelines and retain clients through ongoing engagement
- Collaborate with internal departments to align resources to client needs
Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven experience in strategic account management and sales
- Strong relationships with senior-level clients
- Excellent organizational and program management skills
- Experience in direct selling, pipeline management, and end-to-end P&L; management
- 10+ years of industry sales experience
