OverviewThe Business Analyst plays a critical role in defining, optimizing,
and supporting the delivery of Brightstar’s iLottery digital products and omnichannel player experiences. This position partners closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and third‑party vendors to ensure digital solutions are high‑quality, compliant, and aligned with business strategy.
ResponsabilitiesDigital Product Definition: Lead the end‑to‑end elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non‑functional requirements for iLottery digital products. This includes defining enhancements for mobile applications, instant‑win experiences, and web‑based draw results to ensure cohesive, high‑quality player interactions.
